Just because you are stuck at home doesn’t mean you should stop working out, it is important to get your body moving and remain active. Going to the gym and using equipment publicly seems not a good idea for fitness freaks these days because of the f@#ing virus, as it continues to cause concern worldwide. While sanitizing continuously may help through this still, fitness freaks are worried. But avoiding the gym will make you sacrifice your gains. You have plenty of options instead of going to the gym, you can stay home and practice any type of workout and aerobic with or without equipment. While a home workout cannot replace the intense sessions of the gym, but sweating in your room is not less reliable.
